Shipping

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked after 14 days. You are eligible for either a full reimbursement, or store credit within 14 calendar days of your purchase. 

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage members of our pack to enjoy our products within the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item detail page. We make every effort to ship items within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items ship within 5-15 business days due to stock status and as some items are custom made to order and require additional time. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. During the holiday season, processing time can take up to 10 days.

No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Arconah strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to PPB that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Arconah content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Arconah from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Arconah content accessed through Arconah in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
